How is "optimized spend" calculated?
Optimized spend is the cloud spend that CloudMonitor actively monitors and recommends against. Resources excluded from CloudMonitor (e.g. a sandbox subscription) don't count.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 30-day free trial on the Starter plan. No card required. Sign up at cloudmonitor.ai.
How is CloudMonitor billed?
Direct from CloudMonitor for Starter and Enterprise, or via Azure Marketplace if you prefer to consume against your EA/MCA agreement.
Can we switch plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Annual contracts get prorated on upgrade.
How do CSP / MSP partners price?
Partners set their own retail pricing and capture margin on top of CloudMonitor's wholesale rate. Apply to the partner channel for the price book.
