Raise a Support Ticket

To initiate the configuration of your deployment and processing of cost metadata, please create a Support Ticket on our Helpdesk. After completing our health checks on historic costs, we will provide you with the credentials needed to connect Power BI to the newly installed Engine.  

Please make sure to include below information in the support ticket since we require them to process the costs and provide you with the credentials.

  1. Service Principal Name - Step 1.1
  2. Client Secret - Step 1.1  
  3. Client Id - Step 1.1  
  4. Object Id - Step 1.1 
  5. Tenant Id - Step 1.1
  6. Billing Type - Step 1.3
  7. Blob Service SAS URL - Step 1.4
  8. URL of this webpage which contains the Storage Account Resource ID - Step 1.4
